Joint Stock Company “Baltic Bulker Terminal” (JSC "BBT") operates a hotline service “Call Center” as part of its anti-corruption and anti-fraud program.

Functions of the Call Center Service

• Increasing of the level of corporate governance in JSC “BBT”;
• timely detection of possible infringements, misuse or cases of unauthorized acquisition, disclosure and/or use of commercially sensitive information of JSC “BBT”;
• minimizing financial, legal, corruption, reputational and other risks of JSC “BBT”.

If you become aware of any facts of embezzlement, misuse and other violations affecting the business of JSC “BBT”, please contact the Call Center*:

* A person who has reported information that has helped JSC “BBT” to recover or prevent damages may be paid a one-time reward.

The Call Center Services is not intended for:

• Employee complaints about personal household problems;
• Settling personal scores with co-workers or managers;
• Psychological support in stressful situations;
• Spreading information known to be false, which offends the honor and dignity of other employees of JSC “BBT” and third parties.
